From
Sean Christopher:
ProSouth Wrestling’s 5th annual Wicked Havoc opened with commissioner Terry
Batey calling out Gene Jackson’s nephew, the current reigning
ProSouth Wrestling All Out Champion, Britt Jackson to inform him that
his partner for the 6-Man Tag Team All or Nothing championship match
did not show up.
Leaving
Britt’s team with a problem… but Commissioner Terry Batey had a
solution. Britt Jackson could put the All Out Championship on the
line against Ace Haven AND wrestle the Jump Around Gang along side
Jed Johnson for the Tag Team Championships as well. Britt Jackson
agreed… for the price of Terry Batey’s Tie-Dye shirt. So the
match was official, and ring announcer Sean Christopher (dressed as
the Fonz) announced it and it went down.
The match was pretty dead even, with no man truly besting the other, until Ace Haven hit a Frankensteiner off the top. Both men were down when the Gene Jackson’s Infamous Duran Duran song, “Notorious” hit and the crowd was livid as he had previously been banned from ringside. What emerged, was actually ring announcer Sean Christopher, strapped with pillows donning Gene Jackson’s famous red shirt. Britt Jackson, astonished that his “Uncle Gene” showed up (Britt never was the smartest), hopped to his feet announcing his uncle’s arrival. “Sean Jackson” convinced Britt to use a Bat (Actually a foam children’s toy) on Ace Haven. Britt struck The Last Hero, who was unphased by the padded toy, and was immediately given an Ace Crusher for his troubles. Just as it looked as “The Last Hero” was closing in on the All Out Championship, Jed Johnson hit the ring and viciously assaulted Ace Haven. The Jump Around Gang wouldn’t let it go on long as the jumped in making the save! Commissioner Terry Batey came out and declared that the Tag Team Championship match start right then! After some objection from Jed Johnson, the match was on. After some very exciting tag team action from both sides, Jed Johnson went for a wheelbarrow bulldog (which he had success with earlier in the match) on Chris McCain only to be held up by McCain just long enough for Donnie Primetime to slide in to hit his patented ‘Playback’ maneuver on Jed Johnson for the victory, and retainment of their Tag Team Championships!
Shane
Daniels made his return, and was not happy due to his previous loss
against Big Tomb to face newcomer Tristen Ramsey! Shane Daniels
planted Ramsey after an exciting bout, for the 1,2,3.
During
intermission, James Hardy hosted his costume contest for the
children, and was joined by Ghost-Face Scarecrow! (Later revealed to
be ring announcer, Sean Christopher. Man, that guy has a lot of
costumes!)
After
the intermission, which featured a raffle for the Toys for Tots
program, we were back to action! The action returned with the highly
anticipated grudge match between long-time rivals Drew Game and “The
Clown Prince of Punishment” Brad Cash! The match was just as good,
if not better than their previous “barn burners” but this time
Brad Cash took home the victory after defeating Drew Game and getting
some sweet revenge with his “Off with his head!” Clothesline!
Now…
it’s main event time… as Jimmy Rave and Scott Aries look to take
home the ProSouth Heavyweight Championship that Big Tomb hopes to
keep. As referee Jeremy Black is showing the belt, Scott Aries
grabbed the title and smashed it into Jimmy Rave’s head leaving him
bleeding and unable to compete, this making the match a One-on-One
contest between Scott Aries and Big Tomb. As Scott Aries and Big Tomb
were battling on the outside of the ring, much to the delight of the
crowd, Jimmy Rave came running out, bloody bandage and all and dove
on both men. The action was fast and furious, even featuring a
SUPERPLEX from Jimmy Rave to Big Tomb! (If you’ve ever seen Big
Tomb, you know how impressive that really is.) As Big Tomb was down
on the outside following a clothesline out from Jimmy Rave, Scott
Aries seized the opportunity and speared Jimmy Rave for the victory
AND the ProSouth Heavyweight Championship! Ghost-Face Scarecrow came
out to announce the winner, and afterward Scott Aries grabbed the
microphone and told the people that he had accomplished everything
there was to accomplish in ProSouth Wrestling, and that he was taking
the title and going home! After giving the crowd their “One last
look at the ProSouth Heavyweight Championship” Scott Aries turned
around into a dropkick in the face from the Ghost-Face Scarecrow! The
Scarecrow took off the mask to reveal that it was actually the 2014
Gold Rush winner Dameon Ceretone! He exclaimed that he was cashing in
his Gold Rush shot that gave him a title match at any time he pleased
RIGHT NOW! The match went on with Dameon Ceretone eventually
connecting with a devastating Discus Elbow to defeat Scott Aries and
become the NEW ProSouth Heavyweight Champion! What an amazing night
