Scottie Wrenn, the newly named enforcer for the main event at Hardcore Hell, wrestled in the first match ever to take place at the Landmark Arena for NCW on November 8, 1998. Wrenn was a four-time co-holder of the NWA Wildside tag team titles, three times with JC Dazz and once with Tank. Wrenn also took one of the most psychotic bumps the building has ever seen from a 280-pound man - a fall from the top of the cage through a ringside table.
The second Friday night NCW show drew 110 and featured the debuts of Austin Theory, Vary Morales, Shane Noles and Ashton Starr. The March 17 show features the finals of the NCW Gold Rush Tournament Simon Sermon (with Lucas Lazarus) vs. Terry "The Rocker" Lawler to crown the NCW Heavyweight Champion. Nigel Sherrod is the booker for the NCW shows.
Among those visiting backstage at the March 11 show were Cody Hall, Wicked Nemesis, Brian Blaze and Matt Hankins.
The referees were Dee Byers, Triston Michaels and Darryl Hall. Former Georgia Referee of the Year, Ken Wallace, has been helping out with production at WWW and NCW and was also out to help break up the brawl that ended the show.
