1. Black Widow defeated Miranda Rights

This was the preshow, but the crowd loved it. It was a decent match to start the show and a vicious powerbomb by Black Widow.

2. Chases Enterprises defeated Money Shot Mafia

This was very fun to watch, the best part was when Rick Vidal used Jason Collins’ own enziguri against him to tag in his partner which really popped the crowd. After some dirty tactics, however, Chase Enterprises pulled off the victory.

3. Gunner Miller beat Matt Lynch

Miller showed his raw power off the entire match. No matter what Lynch did gunner countered it, until Lynch started relying on his speed, then he finally got some good offense. In the end, however, Miller proved to be too powerful and hit a jackhammer for the win. Good match between two very athletic guys.

4. The Movement defeated the Backwoods Boys

The intro for the Backwoods Boys was extremely funny. They looked very familiar I couldn’t place my finger on it though. Movement looked great as always, and Lightening from the Backwoods boys did a very nice old-school with his own spin.

5. Matt Vice defeated Evan Turner

This match was presented by LCW, and it was the match of the night in my eyes. Aside from Turner’s manager getting involved in front of the ref and not getting Turner disqualified, this match was perfect and I became a fan of both guys. The Curb stomp by Vice looked brutal and rightfully ended the match.

6. Joey Sparks defeated Cyrus

Good Match between 2 very talented guys. If Sparks was to travel there is no doubt in my mind he could be a big star, same with Cyrus. They are both big and very athletic and can make anyone look like a million dollars. Joey over with a Senton off the top.

7. Grandmaster Sexay defeated Torque.

Brian Christopher looked horrible in the ring. He looked nothing like the man I grew up watching. Torque whom is very talented tried to make it work, but all Christopher wanted to do was dance. And play around and it came off as just bad. I used to love Grandmaster Sexay growing up, now after seeing his performance, not so much.

8. Jerry “The King” Lawler defeated “Dangerous” Doug Gilbert

This “match” was atrocious. All due respect to The King who gave a good show before and after the match and was just lovely to meet, But this match should not have happened. It was 10 minutes of talking and 5 minutes of Gilbert hiding something in his trunks from the ref, before the good parts ever began once the fighting actually happened it was not that bad I really wish the opening part had never happened and they just went into match instead of everything else, as the early part of the match really drained the crowd’s energy.

Overall until the last two matches it was an incredible show and would recommend GPW to anybody looking for a fun family-friendly night on a Friday or Saturday Attendance was around 300, and this reporter would attend again in a heartbeat.
