Bitter Sweet kept things interesting in the extreme at RIPW. 

Terry Yaki and Aerial Van Go had the match of the night.  

Jay Lucas retained the RIPW Championship over Ehren Black who got himself suspended.

Nikki Heat vs. Shaloncé Royal didn't happen but is a match I need to see.

Nawfside Heroes are falling apart at the seams. 

Attendance at Kagez Sports Hall was 87.

Darry Hall and Dana Goodman were referees. Ayla Fox was the ring announcer. Don Miguel was on commentary joined by Dee Munny for matches four and five and promoter Renegade Enforcer for the main event.

(Pre-show) King Cole defeated Dennis Glass and Byron Young in 4 minutes, pinning both men with a double splash.

Shaloncé sent an audio tape. She sang "Happy Birthday" to Nikki. Royal said the best present of all, her presence, would unfortunately not be available today because she was sick and tired of disrespect she received at RIPW. She had tolerated not having a private dressing room with air conditioning and fans touching her and breathing on her every time she came to the ring. What she would not tolerate was the lack of an accent above the e every time she was advertised. Royal said she would not appear for RIPW again until her name was correctly spelled on the poster. 

Royal's work as a heel is one of my favorite things about RIPW. She has been tremendous.

(1) Nikki Heat defeated Zamir Zuriel in 3:50. Nikki was laying her stuff in like nobody's business and pinned Zuriel with the NKO. A way better match than it had any right to be. 

(2) Left Hand Path (Austin Towers & Eric Silva) defeated Suplex Mafia (Eddie Hindrixx & Shawn Montana) in 14:48. Mostly LHP doing the pitching and Montana doing the catching. Silva pinned Montana after a choke slam/Collateral Damage combo by LHP. It was OK. Not well focused.

(3) "One of One" Keelin Cole defeated Bobby Flaco and Ace Diamond in 6:42. A high flying sprint. Cole pulled off a blind backward dive over the top with lots of air. Flaco caught fire -- satellite DDT, springboard DDT, double stomps for both. but could not close the deal. Cole superkicked Flaco and Diamond and pinned Diamond with the Keelin Cutter. 

The end of Nawfside Heroes? Shoota Gabe had a beef with brother Jose.  They weren't on the same page and had no belts with Jose calling the shots.   Jose suggested Gabe's woman was steering him wrong. Gabe punched Jose in the face Wrestlers poured into the ring to separate the brothers. Gabe broke loose and ran Jose into the post. Their mother got involved.

Great pull apart. It felt spontaneous and chaotic. 

Ayla Fox caught up with mom. She made a plea for unity among her boys and for them to get back on top. 

(4) Big Bad Diggs defeated Hakeem Young via submission to retain the Social Media Championship in 14:45. A really good brawl. Hakeem is having nothing but good matches. Diggs show more range in his offense.  He finished Hakeem with a uranage flipped into a choke hold. 

(5) Openweight Champion Terry Yaki defeated LLA International Champion Aerial Van Go in a non-title match (13:38). Incredible creativity. Aerial had Yaki pinned with Aerial Go Round but Yaki got a foot on the ropes.  Yaki hit the Big Dipper DDT and won with the Yaki Crusher. 

Post-match, Van Go put Yaki over on the mic. Told Yaki to keep doing what you're doing and I'll see you down the road. Rematch please.

(6) RIPW Champion Jay Lucas vs. Ehren Black was a no contest 14:33. Black claimed Lucas was not there. Lucas hit the ring with his rib taped. He attacked Black and the match was on. 

Black kicked out of the Moon Landing elbow and had Lucas laid out with the Big Ending. Diggs announced he was making the match a three way so he could cash in his Social Media Championship title shot. Top Team's Yaki and Cole said no way. They were assaulted by Left Hand Path. Referee Darryl Hall threw the match out. 

Chaos ensued. Promoter Renegade Enforcer told Biggs he wasn't cashing in tonight and ordered all the wrestlers to the back. Black told Enforcer he was a shadow of his former self. Enforcer speared Black, chewed Ehren out and spit out on the mic and suspended him for two months. 

RIPW returns to Kagez Sports Hall on October 27 with a 5 pm bell time.
