Results and highlights from Holiday Havoc at the Warren Community Center with attendance of 250.
The show opens with The Young Professor and Santa Claus greeting the fans. Wade Adams music hits and he comes out and his Santa with his hockey stick and leaving him laying. The crowd boos and Wade exits. This is a taste of what will come later in the night.
1. (Six man Scramble for the Vacant VPW Outbreak Champion ship) Billy Brash vs Alexander Lev vs Tristian Moody vs Chad Skywalker vs Axton Ray vs Gustavo
As all six men get ready to start the night with a six man scramble for the vacant VPW Outbreak Championship and the match is scheduled to begin, Hunter James music plays and he appears through the curtain saying you all know who I am but you don't know why I'm here. James says seven is his lucky number and Its December 7th and now he is the 7th man! The bell rings and the scramble begins. Billy Brash ended up being the victor by pinning none other than the seventh man Hunter James to become the new VPW Outbreak Champion.
2. Cody Fluffman vs Jackson Drake
Cody Fluffman defeated Jackson Drake with a frog splash off the top for the pin. Alexander Lev stormed the ring to help Drake in an attack and beatdown on Fluffman after the match, seemingly injuring Cody's arm in the process when they put a chair over Cody's arm and Jackson Drake did a double stomp off the top rope. VPW officials rushed to the ring to check on Fluffman while the Kids (Lev and Drake) stole the VPW tag team championships from ringside. VPW Owner Joshua Hancock was out checking on Cody and confronted the kids in the entrance and yelled those are not your belts and your not the champions. Lev and Drake laughed at Hancock and said what are you going to do about it old man and proceeded to leave with the championships. Cody was helped to the back by the referees and taken to a local medical facility.
Next an ominous vignette featuring a flashing eyeball played stating "we will support, entertain and educate you".
3. John Skyler vs Slim J
TNA star John Skyler defeated Slim J in the show stealer of the night. Skyler used dirty tactics with a low blow from behind and rolled Slim up for the win.
4. (Christmas Chaos Match) Wade Adams vs Santa Claus
Wade Adams enters the ring and a security cam footage played on the screen of Santa speaking with Joshua Hancock in the back. Santa went to the restroom and Hancock seemed to borrow or take his suit. Santa's entrance hit. As a figure appeared dancing in the entrance way to "Santa Claus Is Coming to Town", it quickly got dark and the figure was revealed to be the debuting Charlie Kills, formerly Charlie Anarchy, with his own take on Art the Clown from Terrifier 3. Wade Adams defeated Charlie Kills using mutiple Christmas gimmicks including trees and presents filled with weapons. As Wade is celebrating in the entrance way, The real Santa comes back out and throws Wade back in the ring. Charlie hits his finisher on Wade and the crowd goes crazy! Charlie kills stands tall in the ring. This was Charlie Kills debut at VPW.
5. Abuse of Power (Zuka King & J.A.C.) vs The Stew Crew (Zack and Dylan Stewart)
Abuse of Power defeated the Stew Crew when Zuka king pulled something from his tights and hit Zack when the ref was trying to restore order with J.A.C. and Dylan who where outside the ring. Zuka gets the pin.
Drew Hood defeated Big Ben Bishop in match with Hood's job on the line. In so doing, Hood won a championship contract. The Match starts with Drew hood trying to bribe the 6'12 Ben Bishop with a cash payoff. Ben says hes thinking about it and tells Drew to count it. As Drew is counting Ben hit Drew in the jaw dropping him to the canvas. Ben had Drew almost beat when the ref was knocked down and Drew Hood grabbed a chair and tries to hit Bishop. Big Ben takes the chair from Drew Hood and Drew pulls a Eddie Guerrero and acts like he was hit just as the ref is getting up. He sees Ben with the chair and disqualifies Ben Bishop therefore Drew keeps his job at VPW and secures a championship match per his agreement with VPW Owner Hancock.
Drew Hood defeated VPW Champion Jon Davis and Preston Vance to become the new VPW Heavyweight Champion. Davis vs. AEW star Preston Vance was the scheduled dream match. This was a Hoss fight for sure as these two big men battled back and fourth. Vance started getting the better of Davis but Davis dug deep and comes back. Both men are in the corner and it appears Vance is going for a superplex off the top but jon blocks it and reverses it. Now Jon is the one attemting the superplex. Davis lands the superplex on Vance with both men down the lights went out. A mysterious video plays of someone, whos voice is disguised and you can only see their mouth speaking telling Davis to look behind him. Jon is slowly getting up as Vance rolls out of the ring to recover and the lights came up to Drew Hood in the ring. Drew hands the ref the contract and as referee Jarrod Fritz is leaning over to tell ring announcer The Young Professor that hes cashing in, Drew Hood grabs the championship belt and slams it into Jons face taking Davis out . He goes for the pin as the ref turns around to make the three count and cashes in the championship contract.
