Next weekend will be very special because on July 20, the Aguada Con Comic Fest kicks off with a bang. This event will be held at the Ismael Chavalillo Delgado Coliseum in Aguada, and there will be special appearances by:

-Several WWL Superstars, including Former WWL World Tag Team Champions: West Side Mafia (“El Cabro Sucio” Tabu and Morgan De Jesus).

-Jason David Frank: an original member of Fox Kids’ hit TV Show “Mighty Morphin Power Rangers” (as both the Green and White Ranger). He was also involved in “Power Rangers Zeo” and was an MMA Fighter. (note: The “Mighty Morphin Power Rangers” are celebrating their 25th Anniversary with the stars of all their incarnations are already appearing on Comic Cons Worldwide.)

-Jenny Frison: a comics artist for Marvel, DC and Image Comics

-Rene Garcia: the voice of Vegeta the anime show Dragonball Z in Spanish from Mexico

-Local comic book artists throughout Puerto Rico’s Comic Book industry

Just hours later, Champions Wrestling Association will have their Eleventh Anniversary Show at the Cancha Bajo Techo de Barrio Maguayo in Dorado, with an 8:00 PM bell time. With matches already announced in the last edition, see below for videos of:

Sunday, July 21 will be the second and final day of the 2019 Aguada Con Comic Fest.

Hours later, at the Barrio El Mani Boxing Pavillion in Mayaguez, World Wrestling League will present War in The West3. Bell time will be 5:00 PM, and the main event will feature a War Games Steel Cage match. Current WWL World Champion: “El Escorpion” Mike Mendoza and “La Artilleria Pesada” Thunder and Lightning square off against former WWL World champion: “El Fenomeno” BJ, “El Futuro” Justin Dynamite and Sensational Star Roger. Also, Latin American Xchange (Santana and Ortiz, who, since Impact Wrestling’s Slammiversary 17, lost the Impact Wrestling World Tag Titles) defend the WWL World Tag Team Championships against Team D.O.I.T. The show will also feature the second round of the WWL Super Cruiserweight Cup Tournament.

General Admission: $12.00 Kids 11 and under: $6.00

The promotion’s 46th Anniversary Show three-night weekend will start on Friday August 16, at the Francisco Pancho Deyda Coliseum in Hatillo. It will continue on Saturday, August 17 at the Mario Quijote Morales Coliseum in Guaynabo. It will conclude on Sunday, August 17, at the Arquelio Torres Coliseum in San German.

See below for the third episode of IWA Puerto Rico’s Impacto Total leading to their new event called Zona De Conflicto (The Conflict Zone) on Saturday, August 17th. This will be held at the Victor Marchand Coliseum in Vega Alta with an 8:00 PM bell time. This will be the final regular event before Golpe De Estado on September 7, which will be hosted from the Mario Quijote Morales Coliseum in Guaynabo.

PRWA Back was a huge success. This event was held on June 28 at the Mariano Tito Rodriguez Coliseum in Guanica, with a record breaking attendance of over 2000 fans who enjoyed the event from start to finish. See below for a few highlight videos from the event, as well as the announcement that they will return one week before Thanksgiving with their event called PRWA Back to Attack. This event will be hosted from the Raul Americano Hernandez Sports School in Guayanilla on Saturday, November 16,2019 (The same night of WWE NXT Takeover as part of Survivor Series 2019 weekend on WWE Network.). Matches announced include the Hair vs. Hair Tables, Ladders and Chairs match. Puro Macho member “La Nueva Cara” Electro defends the IWA Puerto Rico World Championship against Mexican Indy Luchador: Arez, in a Hardcore Extreme Rules Match. Intelecto Cinco Estrellas or “”El Pequeno Gigante” Ricochet square off against Mexican Hardcore luchador: Mosco X-Fly. Ring of Honor Superstars: Dante Caballero and Rayo face off for the first time in Puerto Rico for PRWA.
