This edition is dedicated to the memory of Sika, WWE Hall of Famer and one half of The Wild Samoans. Along with his brother Afa, The Wild Samoans won the WWC World, North American and Caribbean Tag Team Championships in Puerto Rico. Sika was the father of Roman Reigns and the late Matt Anoai (Rosey in WWE). Sika was also the uncle of Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson, Nia Jax, "The Samoan Werewolf" Jacob Fatu, The Headshrinkers (Samu and Rikishi), LA Smooth, Afa Jr., Lance Anoai and Sean Maluta. My thoughts and prayers go out to everyone of the Anoai family.

Five matches have been announced on their Facebook page, Ismael Reyes takes on Johan Nara in the Finals to crown the first, GZW Latin American Heavyweight Champion, Yomar Reyes will face against the returning, Leo Ramos, (Richard Ramos' nephew), current GZW Puerto Rican Champion: El Juvenil Gabriel will face Oscar Rodriguez in a non-title match, Angel White takes on Dark Spawn, One half of the GZW World Tag Team Champions, one half of Los Invasores will face Tony Agony. more matches will be announced,very soon. Two more supertars will be a part of GZW's Third Anniversary Show, "The Arsenal" Adam Ace, a no-nonsense, take no prisoner, high-flyer of Puerto Rican descent from Queens, New York who is a student of Amazing Red's House of Glory wrestling, and giving wrestlers a run for their money throughout the Northeast and Florida. Ace will make his debut on the Island and on GZW's Anniversary Show. plus another return to Puerto Rico, is none other than, "Miami" Mike Walker, who like fellow Baltimore native, "99 Overall" Myles Hawkins, is no stranger to the Island. Walker appeared at the indy wrestling schools clash event at the Cosme Beitia Salamo Coliseum in Catano two years ago. He held both Lima ,Peru's GLL Hatun Auqui Latin American Championship last September and MCW Rage Television Championship from late 2022 until summer of 2023 and currently holds the NYWC World Tag Team titles with Vinny Talotta. IWA Puerto Rico returns to the Roberto Clemente Coliseum in San Juan after 21 years since their last live event. They will return with their signature event Summer Attitude on Saturday, July 20th. On June 23, Controversial Inc (Carlos Controversial and Salazar The Executioner) regained the IWA Florida Tag Team Championships beating IWA Puerto Rico's Los Boricuas ("El Boricua Mayor" Savio Vega and "El Malcriado" Miguel Perez Jr.) in a tag team warfare that raised the stakes for the promotion's existence on the line and Alex Misery (son of IWA Puerto Rico originals El Leon Apolo and Habana) became the newly crowned IWA Florida's Sunshine State Champion defeating the returning Anibus and former champion "The Cuban Heist" Romeo Quevedo. "The Pig" Taino also returned as Motivos de Guerra proved that IWA Florida is alive and well, IWA Florida's next event is called King of the Heavyweights, with the date soon to be announced for later this summer.
Promociones Neza will be on hiatus this summer. The promotion will return with two live events this fall. Sunday, September 22nd will have AAA Lucha Libre stars Dave Clown and Murder Clown, with a main event match mask vs. mask match of Fuego vs. El Pakal On Sunday, October 20th will have AEW and AAA Lucha Libre Worldwide's Penta OM and former AA Reina De Reinas Champion Sexy Star 2 (fka Hija de Gatubela). Former WWC and Espiritu Pro Wrestling Dojo student El Hijo de Enigma became the very first Immortal Lucha Libre Television Champion defeating "El Matatan Dominicano" Ramon Rosario, Rejoice in The Funk (El Nazareno and Dante Dripp) defeating NWA superstars The Country Gentlemen, Angel Fashion retained the Immortal Lucha Libre World Championship beating Marcus Mathers and Audrey Allen beat Espiritu Pro Wrestling Dojo star Gemma. Two of Argentina's top lucha promotions, Legion Nueva Era and Zona de Lucha will unite for their special supershow event on Sunday, July 14th from the Pinar de Rocha Discoteque in Buenos Aires. as the stars of these two above mentioned lucha promotions will square off against each other. The first match announced features Enigma 17 and Gint Giovanna (representing Zona de Lucha), Pandemia and James (representing Legion Nueva Era Argentina) in a Fatal Four Way match. AILL Bolivian member Lucha Libre con Altura presents Torneo 4000 for the Cup, dedicated to Bolivian Lucha legend Halcon Dorado on Sunday, July 7th from Coliseo Mutifuncional, Ceja del Alto, in La Paz.
