Mexico's AAA Lucha Libre Worldwide celebrated its 32nd Anniversary Show in Mexico City. on August 17 There were three title changes, and three former WWE Superstars became newly crowned titleholders. the difference was"El Patron" Alberto Del Rio, made his family proud again. by winning the AAA Lucha Libre Worldwide Mega World Championship for the second time defeating "The Most Wanted Man" Nick Nemeth (fka Dolph Ziggler) who was accompanied by WWE Hall of Famer JBL John Layfied. This was not the first time Del Rio and Nemeth fought each other, These two fought in WWE's Raw and SmackDown! brands a few years back for their respective brands' World Championships. "El Patron" will defend Mexico's AAA Lucha Libre Mega Championship against Nemeth in Puerto Rico for WWC's 51st Anniversary Show, Dedicated to "The Canadian Glamour Boy" Shane Sewell on Saturday, August 31st, from the historic Ruben Rodriguez Coliseum, in Bayamon., Bell time at 8:00 PM Meanwhile, "The King of Bros" Matt Riddle became the newly crowned AAA Mexico Cruiserweight Champion in a Triple threat match beating Laredo Kid and Kommander. Former WWE star Riddle will also appear on Saturday, August 31st in Puerto Rico, but for IWA Puerto Rico's Conflicto Letal (Lethal Conflict) World Wrestling Envasion event from Rafael Amalbert Coliseum in Juncos, Bell time at 8:00 PM. Riddle will fight against "El Boricua Mayor" Savio Vega for the first time in a grudge match. Vega and Riddle were scheduled for a match at Summer Attitude last July, but the "King of Bros" was a no-show. Finally, "The Maharaja" Raj Desi (fka Jinder Mahal), former WWE Champion and Desi with AEW Superstar Santam Singh became the newly crowned AAA Lucha Libre Worldwide World Tag Team Champions beating former champions Mexican Lucha Legend, Negro Casas and Psycho Clown. "The Man" John Hawking defends the IWA Puerto Rico Intercontinental Championship against former WWE star Elias, who will make his appearance on the Island for the first time. In the main Event, IWA Puerto Rico World Heavyweight Champion: Pedro Portillo takes on IWA Puerto Rican Champion: "El Macho Alpha" Manny Ferno in a Winner-Takes-All Title Unification Match.
