Memorial Mayhem results from the Cobb County Civic Center as follows: Universal Cruiserweight Champion Antonio Garza & Tyler Matrix defeated James Bandy & Blake Beretta in tag team competition; The Natural Chase Stevens defeated The Destroyer; "The Island Girl" Tracy Taylor defeated Madi Maxx & Jessie Belle Smothers; The Hurricane defeated John Skyler; Ricky "The Dragon" Steamboat straightened out Scotty Beach with several chops after Beach cut a degrading promo on the Hall of Famer and tried to sucker punch him; WWE Hall of Famer Teddy Long was was appointed as UCW general manager by UCW President Ron Gossett;Wes Brisco defeated Buff Bagwell to become the new UCW United States Heavyweight Champion; The Extreme Horsemen (Damien Wayne & C.W.Anderson with John Skyler) defeated Team Fearless (Lodi & Scotty Matthews) after Extreme Horsemen had earlier atacked Lodi using bats to injury his leg. A rematch inside a steel cage is set for UCW Payback in Griffin; "Big Poppa Pump" Scott Steiner defeated UCW Heavyweight Champion Johnny Swinger & Carlito to become the new UCW Heavyweight Champion. Match started out with Carlito vs Swinger when Scott Steiner interrupted and forced Teddy Long to include him in the match.
Also in attendance was Hassan Wicker, trainees from Good Brothers Dojo,Mad Dog Dan Sawyer, comedian Vinny Bucci, the legendary "Masked Assassin" Jody Hamilton, referee Nick Patrick of WWE & WCW and North Carolina promoter Tony Hunter, who also refereed; also WCW & NWA Referees Scooter Childress and Scrappy McGowen and family. Scrappy's son Jeff McGowen was one of UCW's referees.
