Over Fourth of July weekend, CWA announced more matches for their Eleventh Anniversary Show via their Facebook page. This event will be held on Saturday, July 20th at the Cancha Bajo Techo del Barrio Maguayo in Dorado with an 8:00 PM bell time. (Note: Hours earlier, the 2019 Aguada Con Comic Fest will kick off at the Ismael Chavalillo Delgado Coliseum in Aguada.)
Announced matches include:
-“El Dueno de la Malicia” Noel Rodriguez defends the CWA World Championship against “Showman” Mike Nice
-Los Fugitivos (Wilfredo Rivera and Alejandro Marrero) defend the CWA World Tag Team Championships against the reunited team of “El Dueno del Mundo” Hiram Tua and Sensational Star Roger
-Los Aereos, Leinord White defends the CWA Intercontinental Championship against former WWL Supercruiserwieght Champion: Dimes
-“El Bastardo” John Slayer defends the CWA Accion Vibrante Championship against formerly of The now defunct Hitman Squad: Shane Bradley
-For the CWA Women’s Championship, the new number one contender: “La Chica de la Actitud” Roxxy vs. current CWA Women’s Champion: “Puerto Rican Power” Zeuxis

Since the promotion’s beginning in 2008, there have been a total of twelve CWA World Champions, including former CWA Superstars such as: Black Stone, “El Hombre del Legado” Victor Rodriguez Jr., Diamond Slash, “El Futuro” Justin Dynamite (who has been wrestling in WWL and WWC’s Development Territory, Ponce’s Revolution Wrestling Entertainment promotion), and former CWA President as well as the original founder of “The Bullying Crew,” Edwin Garcia. Those who are still active on the roster include Sensational Star Roger, Akiles Falcon, and current CWA World Champion: Noel Rodriguez. Other notable champions include “El Boricua Mayor” Savio Vega and his brother Dennis Rivera (who are now in the newly resurrected IWA Puerto Rico), along with Ring of Honor superstar and owner of Tampa Bay Pro Wrestling Dojo: Jay Lethal held the prestigious title in the promotion’s eleven year history.
This weekend will be full of action as WWC presents Consecuencias (Consequences) at the Lauro Davila Coliseum in Toa Alta. This event will be held on Saturday, July 13, with an 8:30 PM bell time. This event will feature a women’s match where “La Abusadora" La Rosa Negra returns to face off against “La Peligrosisima” Krystal. Also just announced, Epico’s mystery opponent has been revealed: making his return to WWC after almost ten years will be former WWC Universal Champion: “El Rebelde” Noriega. Visit WWC’s Facebook page to stay up to date on matches to be announced for their 46th Anniversary Show’s Three Night Weekend, including which superstars will be appearing at the event. This could range from recently released WWE Superstars from either Raw, SmackDown Live, 205 Live or NXT to current Ring of Honor or Impact Wrestling stars, or superstars from the WWN’s Family of promotions (including EVOLVE, Progress Wrestling UK, and Shine Women’s Wrestling.)
Lajas’ John Wrestling Promotion’s 32nd Anniversary Show is also this Saturday July 13th. This event will be held at the Mariano Tito Rodriguez Coliseum in Guanica with a 7:00 PM bell time. Last week, “The Soul Reaver” Raeven Marie was the third female announced for the Six Women Tag Team Match. She has fought “La Chica de la Actitud” Roxxy in both WWC and CWA in the past few weeks. Other matches just announced are:
-La Belleza Infernal (Latin Rose and Destro) defend the JWP World Tag Team Championships against Ace of Spades and Damon Reiver
-Uruk defends the JWP Hardcore Championship against El Gran Vito
-“The Pitbull” Jay Cruz and Jay Justice in a Fatal Four way match
-Team D.OI.T. member: Brandom Mullen vs. Yoma
-Newly crowned NEW Puerto Rico Tag Team Champions: Los Hermanos Estrella will go up against the team of Zona Peligro Boricua (Sangre Taino and from IWA Puerto Rico’s development territory, PWC in Manati: Demolition X) managed by El Gran Zacarias
-El Tigre Azteca defends the JWP Puerto Rican Championship against (from the now defunct WWH promotion) El Mago Androx
-From CWA: El Pequeno Enel defends the JWP Latin American championship against Ryan Rett and current CWA superstar (as well as still being Queens, NY’s NEW Promotion’s High Impact Champion) “The X Factor” Nexen in a Triple threat Steel Cage Match
-The Untraditionals (Oby Twinz and “The Watchman” Aiden Grimm) vs. Senor Realidad and “Christo” Christopher from Ponce’s 100% Lucha promotion in a Tag Team Grudge match.

Last weekend on IWA Puerto Rico’s second episode of Impacto Total on their YouTube channel, “El Macho Alfa” Manny Ferno answers “El Boricua Mayor” Savio Vega’s challenge to their match at Golpe De Estado on Saturday September 7. This event will be hosted from the Mario Quijote Morales Coliseum in Guaynabo.
With less than one week away, World Wrestling League’s War In The West 3 will be held at the Barrio El Mani Boxing Pavillion in Mayaguez. This event will have a 5:00 PM bell time and will take place on Sunday July 21st. The same weekend (starting Saturday July 20th ) the WWL Superstars will be on hand for the 2019 Aguada Con Comic Fest. This will be held at the Ismael Chavalillo Delgado Coliseum in Aguada. There will also be a Facebook Live from Aguada Con Comic Con.

Charity Wrestling Organization returns on Sunday July 14 with their fundraising event called Regalando Una Sonrisa 2 (Giving The Gift of Smile 2). This event will be held from the Cancha Bajo Techo del Barrio Punta Diamante in Ponce with a 5:00 PM bell time.
Admission will be free, and sales from concession stands and merchandise (including CWO T-Shirts) will go as proceeds to raise funds for Jonniel Andres Burgos Velazquez (who suffers from Severe Atopic Dermatitis syndrome) for Medical Treatments and costs stateside. Scheduled to appear are stars from throughout west and south coasts of Puerto Rico’s indy circuit, as well as some of the stars from the upstart Jayuya Wrestling League. Last weekend on IWA Florida’s Facebook page and their YouTube channel, IWA announced that throughout their event Mortal Lottery Tag Team Tournament to crown new IWA Florida Tag Team Champions, the matches will be No Disqualification, No Count Out, and the fans will pick the stipulations.
