Valos Promotions will have their first Lucha Libre event on Saturday, May 7th from the J.S, Dorton Arena in Raleigh, North Carolina called El Nuevo Orden Mundial (the New World Order) The main event will be a trios tag team match: lucha legends former NWA World Champion Blue Demon, Jr, Rayo de Jalisco, Jr. and Tinieblas (with.Alushe) square off against KAOZ Superstar: Cibernetico, and AAA Lucha Libre Superstars Diamante Azul and Rey Escorpion. Also appearing on the card are: from IWRG Mexico: Diva Salvaje and Jessy Ventura, former WWC Universal Champion and one half of the NWA World Tag Team Champions Mecha Wolf 450, Pirata Morgan, Hijo de Cien Caras, Hijo de Mascara Ano 2000, as well as the Mexican luchadoras Estrellita teaming up with Lady Sensacion vs. Morgana, La Hija de Pirata Morgan and AAA Lucha Libre legend Cinthia Moreno. Puerto Rico's CWA promotion and AIWF West Virginia member promotion World Domination Wrestling Alliance had an interpromotional Winner Take All World Title Unification match on April 9 where CWA World Champion "El Hombre del Legado" went up against WDWA World Champion Demarcus Kane in Martinsburg, West Virginia. There was no winner because the referee couldn't gain control of the match.
On Thursday April 21st, CWA will have "Tiempos De Guerra" (Times of War) from the 24 Marketplace in Hato Rey. Bell time 7:30 PM. Bandido was a no show at their last event due to travel conflicts. Louis Forza made a challenge and threatened CWA Director of Operations Hansel Velez, until CWA Intercontinental Champion "El Mejor" Dimes answered the call along with "El Magnate Cubano" Rodrigo Garcia made it a triple threat match. Question remain in light of what happened last weekend during the CWA-WDWA World Title Unification match. Could WDWA World Champion Demarcus Kane visit Puerto Rico at CWA's event for a rematch or will CWA once again a part of the AIWF membership? With partnerships made last year with Bruce Hart's CanAm promotion in Calgary and Chicagoland Championship Wrestling, a lot can happen.
