From Justin Hancock:
Viral Pro Wrestling returned to the Warren Road Community Center in Augusta GA after 5 years for All Or Nothing. Ring announcer was Sabrina Kate. Chris Mayne and Jonathan Feltner were on commentary. A video package plays on the screen as Lodi welcomes everyone to the new era of Viral Pro Wrestling!
The opening match saw four men compete for the no 1 contendership for the Outbreak title as Reyhan Inteus faced Dave Stage, Orion and D’Angelo. This match was a great opener for the show and had the fans roaring the entire time. The finish featured a spot on the apron where Dave Stage “accidentally” pulled off the mask of Orion. Orion covers his face with his hands into a chokbomb from Inteus who picks up the win. It will be interesting to see where this goes as Inteus is now no 1 contender to fellow TFO Member Drew Hoods Outbreak Championship.
Post match the official removes his shirt to cover Orion's face as Dave Stage enters with the mask apologizing. He hands Orion the mask who then removes the shirt himself to the shock of the fans, revealing his face and throwing a strong right, knocking out Stage cold and exits.
Match 2 pitted two longtime frienemies against each other as Wade Adams took on Karl Hager. This match was a great filler, and featured a few comedy spots. One in which Adams gave out his trademark Christmas card to his opponent. Adams didn't do many of his usual moves in this match as it was more technical, but the fans still enjoyed it. It was Adams who picked up the victory via dirty tactics as the fans booed in upset. After the match a video plays backstage which shows the TFO on the phone with Joshua Hancock. Hancock states that he is tied up with legalities concerning his company and isn't sure if he will make the event and places Owen Knight in charge of the TFO for the evening.
Match 3 featured Buff N Fluff Connection (Sean Legacy and Cody Fluffman) vs VPW Tag Champs the e.N.d. (TJ Boss and Zuka King) for the titles. The Augusta crowd loves Buff N Fluff! This was an impressive bout, as both teams gave it their all. The TFO attempted to intervene but Legacy and Fluff weren't having it and took them out with a suicide dive combo to the outside! With the TFO out of the equation Buff N Fluff secured the win to become the NEW VPW Tag Team Champions! (This win makes Sean Legacy the first ever Triple Crown Champion in Viral Pro).
In Match 4 Reka Tehaka made her way to the ring but was attacked in the entrance by current champ Dream Girl Ellie. Ellie has been on a mean streak of late. This match was very well paced as the two went back and forth, but in a shocking moment Reka Tehaka emerged the winner via roll-up to become the NEW VPW Women's Champion! Ellie was not having any of it and attacked Reka after the match. Reka’s bf Dave Stage stormed to the ring asking Ellie to stop. Orion then made his way to the ring, nailing Stage in the back with a steel chair! Orion then raises the chair again for a finishing blow but Reka crawls on top of him, pleading for mercy. Orion drops the chair as he and Ellie exit, leaving the two in the ring.
Match 5 saw the first of two Steel Cage matches as Billy Brash challenged Drew Hood for the VPW Outbreak Championship. Brash brought two chairs into the cage for the match and the two did not hold anything back. This match was great and the fans enjoyed every second of it. Brash looked like he was going to secure the win, as TFO members stormed the ring, TJ Boss distracting the outside official so Inteus could enter the cage. Inteus pauses and looks at the Outbreak title as he is now no. 1 contender, and then attempts to nail Brash but he dodges as Inteus hits Hood in the head with the belt! Brash takes advantage of the situation and goes for the cover but Hood stays alive! Hood then pulls off the unthinkable and retains the title! This match was amazing and featured great story telling. What will this mean for the TFO after Inteus nailed Hood with the title?
The Main Event featured a match years in the making as Jon Davis was finally able to receive his rematch for the VPW Heavyweight Championship against Owen Knight. Owen Knight made his way to the ring and was followed by Joshua Hancock! To the fans surprise Hancock states he did make it to the building, and that he is a man of his word. He agreed to give Billy Brash the match of his choosing and that was Owen Knight vs Jon Davis, so without further adue, he personally introduces “That Dude” Jon Davis! Knight looks confused. Davis’ music hits as the fans cheer and out comes Jon Davis? No it is Benny Bacardi dressed as a mini Davis as Hancock and Knight burst out in laughter. Mini Jon makes his way into the cage for the match, and right as it's about to begin, Davis' music hits as the REAL Jon Davis emerges, storming through the curtain on a mission. Davis enters the cage and tells Bacardi to leave, as Hancock looks pissed. Before the match begins the lights go down, and new VPW Owner Lodi appears on the screen and tells the ring crew to lock the cage tight as he wanted no outside interference for this match! The ring crew comes and locks the cage as it begins. This match was an excellent ending to this story. Knight and Davis put on an impressive match, the TFO attempted to interfere. Hancock brought out a pair of bolt cutters to cut the lock and was punched in the family jewels by Bacardi!!!! With Hancock down the rest of TFO stormed out, but Buff N Fluff and Brash followed behind and an all out brawl broke out around the ring! With no further distractions and Knight having nowhere to run, Davis lands one final pop up powerbomb to secure the victory and become the NEW VPW Heavyweight Champion! The crowd erupts and gives Davis a standing ovation as the story is finished and Jon Davis is finally the champion.
Overall I thoroughly enjoyed the show, and feel this was one of Viral's best events in a while, and possibly show of the year. I am excited for this new era of VPW and look forward to what the future holds.
